Medical Director

Dr. Dallas R. Buchanan is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, He practices a wide range of cosmetic surgery and focuses the reconstructive portion of his Tampa practice on breast cancer reconstruction. He has been published in multiple textbooks and medical journals on topics ranging from facial aging and cosmetic surgery to body contouring and breast surgery. He completed 8 years of residency training after medical school to hone his surgical skills and expertise.

His practice philosophy is patient-centered, customized care. He assesses each patient individually and reviews in detail their specific goals and objectives. He then creates a unique approach for each patient that may include surgical or non-surgical treatments. His expertise lies in staying up to date on the most cutting-edge technology and techniques to give each patient the best outcome.

Every great team has a mascot, and at Bella Viságe, ours just happens to have four paws and the sweetest soul. Meet Cooper, our beloved rescue pup who joined the Bella family through the Polk County Bully Project. From the moment he arrived, Cooper stole our hearts—and quickly became a superstar both in the spa and in the Lakeland community.

While Jeanna is busy with consultations, Cooper can be found snoozing peacefully in his crate, offering a calming presence that our clients adore. His gentle spirit and easygoing charm remind us daily of the beauty of second chances. Beyond Bella’s walls, Cooper is a bit of a local celebrity thanks to his Polk County Bully Project family, where his story continues to inspire rescue and adoption advocacy.

Here at Bella, we believe transformation takes many forms—and Cooper is living proof. From rescue pup to cherished team member, he embodies the love, loyalty, and community spirit that make Bella Viságe so special.

Becca Tyler
Lead Laser Specialist & Licensed Medical Aesthetician

Don’t let her youthful energy fool you—Becca Tyler is an old soul with a fierce work ethic and a heart for transformation. With over six years of experience as a licensed medical aesthetician, Becca has earned her title as Bella Viságe’s Lead Laser Specialist through skill, dedication, and an undeniable sparkle that lights up the room (and the laser suite).

Becca’s specialty lies in laser treatments, and her absolute favorite? IPL—because nothing beats seeing years of sun damage vanish while restoring skin clarity and confidence. Her go-to skincare line is SkinBetter Science, and she’s as passionate about the science of skin as she is about the art of personal transformation. Whether she’s performing laser hair removal, guiding a client through their first laser series, or crafting a full rejuvenation plan, Becca’s mission is simple: help every client feel powerful in their own skin.

When she’s not helping clients achieve their skin goals at Bella, Becca’s life revs into a different gear—literally. A Harley Davidson enthusiast through and through, she owns one herself and even teaches others how to safely handle these fast and powerful machines. It runs in the family—both of Becca’s parents are riders, and the open road has always felt like home.

Becca also leads Bella’s community outreach program, forging relationships with local tattoo and microblading artists to spread awareness about our advanced tattoo and cosmetic ink removal services. She’s helping clients remove the past to make room for a fresh canvas, both physically and emotionally.

Oh—and did we mention she loves rock concerts, tattoos, church, and sketching in her free time? Becca is the definition of authenticity, blending grit and grace in everything she does. She doesn’t just work at Bella Viságe—she helps shape what makes it extraordinary.

A certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) since 2014, Inga brings a rare blend of skill, heart, and sparkle to our team. Though she’s quick to downplay her shine, her dedication to mastery, client education, and holistic wellness is undeniable. Her background spans aesthetics, wellness, hormone therapy, and lifestyle medicine, making her approach to rejuvenation truly comprehensive.

Inga’s journey into aesthetic medicine began in Tampa, where she fell in love with the transformative power of aesthetic artistry. In 2024, we were fortunate enough to welcome her to Bella Viságe, where she quickly became a constant source of five-star reviews, client trust, and team inspiration.

Her favorite tools — Tox, hyaluronic acid fillers, and the Helix CO₂ laser — allow her to craft subtle, sophisticated results that restore both confidence and vitality. To Inga, it’s not just about looking better — it’s about feeling better, inside and out.

Michaela has lived in Lakeland her whole life (21 years that is)! She attended Mckeel High School and before finding Bella, she worked at Chick-fil-A for five years; WOW! She always brings a smile with her each day and her positive attitude is reflected as she greets clients for their services! Michaela heard about Bella through a friend, and decided to apply because she wanted to work with a team of Boss Women. She was a perfect match!

Fun Fact: “I am married to my best friend, and we love to travel, try new things to eat, and photography (Michaela)!!”

Amberlyn Davis
Licensed Aesthetician

Our beautiful and fun loving Aesthetician, Amberlyn, knew as soon as she walked through Bella’s doors, that this is the place she wanted to hang her hat. As we sprung into the 2023 New Year, Amberlyn joined the Bella Team and we are ecstatic to watch her grow! She worked at Massage Envy prior and she is an alumni of Aveda Institute, where she attained her license as a Full Specialist Aesthetician. She grew up in Plant City and made the move to Lakeland to get a change of scenery. Her interest in the industry originated in cosmetics, but transitioned to aesthetics because she wanted to learn how to manage her eczema and achieve a radiant complexion without the use of makeup. Amberlyn has a passion for sharing what she learns with others! She is a kitty mommy of two, recently engaged and her favorite part of a facial is hot towels.

Did you know “Jamila” in Arabic means “beautiful”?

Our Laser Queen Jamila (@LaserAwayWithLadyJ on Instagram) loves to help others feel like their most beautiful self every day. Jamila is extremely passionate about the world of aesthetics and natural beauty. After 10 years of being a Florida Nurse in the nursing home setting, she graduated with her Master’s Degree of Science in Nursing from Walden University.

As Bella has grown, we recognized the need to have a Nurse Practitioner that specializes in laser technologies.  Jamila came with experience from another laser medical spa, but she was craving an environment where she could have the freedom to treat clients appropriately with the best lasers in the industry.  Being a woman of color, she takes pride in the fact that she can deliver stellar laser results to other women of color, without the fear of being inappropriately treated or burned.

We were ecstatic to welcome Jamila to the Bella Team! She makes the Bella Experience beyond satisfying for each one of her clients, as evidenced by her growing collection of 5-star Google reviews.  Jamila is professional, attentive, and motivated by her love for the industry! As an aesthetics and beauty lover, Jamila has found her home at Bella Viságe!

Megan Brown
Guest Services

Megan joined the Bella Team in February of 2022. She graduated from University of Central Florida, in August of 2022, with her B.S. in General Psychology. She is Lakeland born and raised and has always been a makeup lover since she was little. Her love for the world of cosmetics eventually expanded into the aesthetics industry. She had been coming to Bella as a client for a few months when she inquired about the Front Desk openings. She wanted to work somewhere where the environment was positive and encouraging of others. Megan’s business mindset and organizational skills moved her from Front Desk into her role as Marketing Manager before the year ended! She now runs our socials, email campaigns, service/product reports, and more! She is a mom to two cats and she lives with four; BIG CAT LOVER!

Lena is newer to Florida as her family moved from Kentucky in 2014. She is currently a student at UCF studying Anthropology with hopes of being a Park Ranger. While not in school Lena is an integral part of the day-to-day operations in the spa. In her spare time she enjoys reading and spending time outdoors.

Ashley Villarette
Nurse Practitioner

Ashley is a Florida native and a board certified adult gerontology advanced practice nurse. She began her career in nursing, working in the intensive care unit. She has practiced in various areas of nursing including the operating room, chronic and acute care, vascular procedure, and most recently Aesthetic medicine. Ashley received her Bachelors from the University of South Florida in 2007 and her Masters of Science in Nursing from Florida Southern College in 2015. Ashley’s combination of clinical education and experience provided a strong foundation to allow her to excel in aesthetic medicine. Ashley has made it her mission to keep up with the newest and most advanced techniques in aesthetics. Ashley prides herself in listening to each clients’ goals of treatment and bringing their goals to fruition. She also likes to counsel/educate clients on skin care and prevention of premature aging. Away from the office Ashley loves to try new foods, travel, learn, and spend time with friends and family including her husband Steve, their four children, and their family dog.

Niki Hoyle
Marketing Concierge

Niki left her beloved NC mountains over six years ago and is finding her way here in central Florida. After managing a local non-profit for 5 years, she is now the Marketing Concierge at Bella Viságe. A devoted wife and mom of two young adult children, Niki is passionate about helping others reach their goals. Some of her favorite things include family, friends, exercise, travel and good food!

Ashleigh Hudson
Licensed Aesthetician

Ashleigh is our Girl’s Girl, passionate about beauty, aesthetics and serving others! She attended Artistic Nails and Beauty in Lakeland, where she graduated with her Aesthetic License. She has lived in Florida for 10 years, but is originally from Somerville Tennessee, a small town of (at the time) only about 2,500 people. Prior to joining the Bella team, she worked at Coldwell Banker as a Realtor and in an office at Lakeland Regional Hospital. Her mom had been a long-standing client with us, which led to Ashleigh taking up an interest in working here. When she discovered we were hiring for Front Desk, she was determined to get her foot in the door before attaining her Aesthetic License. She began her journey at Bella Viságe as Front Desk Guest Services in May of 2021. Since then, Ashleigh has transitioned from Front Desk to Medical Assistant, into her role as a Licensed Aesthetician. She always brings a positive mindset and energy with her, and that is reflected in the room with her clients. A fun fact about Ashleigh is that she is named after both of her grandmas, (Leigh & Camille) which are named after their grandmas, and named after their grandmas; it just keeps going!

Emily was born and raised in Lakeland, Florida. After graduating from STC as a Medical Assistant, she joined the Bella Viságe team in 2020 and has become the dedicated leader of our desk support staff. Her daily mantra – All you touch and all you see is all your life will ever be!

Kathie Longwell MSN APRN is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. She completed her Bachelor of Science of Nursing at the University of South Florida and graduated with honors with her Master of Science in Nursing from Duke University. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who is also certified in neurotoxins and dermal fillers. She transferred her detailed oriented experience in Vascular Surgery to Cosmetic Aesthetics.

Kathie has a passion for the creative field of Aesthetics. She will help you reach your aesthetic goals by enhancing your natural beauty while giving you a fresh rejuvenated look.

Dana Carter
APRN

Dana Carter has been practicing as a nurse practitioner since 2008. She graduated with her Bachelors of Science in nursing from the University of Florida and practiced in a variety of settings, including private practice, hospital, and operating rooms. She received her Master’s of Science in nursing from Emory University where she graduated summa cum laude. She has specialized in women’s health for the vast majority of her nursing career. Most of Dana’s career has been spent in the practice of gynecology, and therefore, she has extensive training in bioidentical hormone therapy. She also has experience and certifications in aesthetics and stem cell technology.

Dana has trained under some of the most experienced healthcare providers and practitioners in the Tampa Bay area and has extended her knowledge through her own personal research, driven by her passion for empowering others through knowledge. Dana’s compassion comes from not only a professional place but also a personal one, having found her own individual health and wellness path. She truly feels that every person is unique and has the power to feel beautiful, both inside and out, given the right knowledge and best compassionate team supporting them.

Mikayla Clark
Client Care Coordinator

Mikayla is a recent graduate of Florida Technical College.  Mikayla was also inspired to go into esthetics from being a client of ours.  She liked her first ever facial with us that she decided to pursue skincare for a living.  She will be assisting Jeanna and helping at the front desk while she hones her skills in the esthetics room.

Megan Schweizer
Aesthetician

Megan is a recent graduate of the Artistic Nail and Beauty Academy here in Lakeland.  She joined the Bella team as a receptionist.  She has traveled the world as a military brat. Megan was Jeanna’s neighbor years ago.  She has always loved all things skincare.  She and her parents came to Lakeland for vacation in 2015 while her dad was on leave. We brought them to the spa to see what we were going to be doing. That visit is what inspired Megan to become an aesthetician.  We kinda had to hire her. Megan is a proud mother to Harrison.

Dawn Dees
Aesthetician/Office Staff

We found Dawn at The Purple Onion in downtown.  She was serving during the day and going to esthetics school at night.  She had an amazing attitude and is detail oriented.  She is currently assisting at the front desk and handling back office details with Mark.  Dawn is also perfecting her technique in the esthetics room under the tutelage of Michelle and will soon be building her book of clients.

Chelsey just recently joined the Bella team and will be our Office Coordinator.  Chelsey is a Lakeland resident and likes to fish. She also has been with Fish City Grill for over 10 years.

Emilee Silvestri
Aesthetician

Emilee is one of our very talented aestheticians here at Bella.  She has been here for over a year and is building a large following.  She loves to connect with her clients on a personal level and takes care of them on a professional level. She offers a wide array of services, and is certified in Vivace RF Microneedling, Chemical Peels, Customized Facials, Waxing and Dermaplaning. She is a gifted aesthetician and has an amazing personality. Emilee is a graduate of Columbus State Community College and Aveda Institute of Esthetics. Emilee migrated to Florida from Ohio to pursue her career and be closer to the ocean.

Meredith Stambaugh
Spa Manager

Meredith joined our team as receptionist last year after graduating with her bachelor’s degree in English.  She wanted to take a break from school before continuing her education.  Meredith is currently working on her post-baccalaureate degree in speech-language pathology.  She is truly the ‘smarty pants’ of the group.  She is Marks right hand girl so to speak. She maintains back office organization, assists our clients with their rewards reimbursements and keeping all of our client photos organized.  Her favorite pastime is enjoying a cup of brew at Hillcrest Coffee with her friends.

Misty Huneycutt
Director of First Impressions

Misty is one of the cheerful voices that greets our clients when they arrive or call for an appointment.  If you need a cup of coffee or a friendly ear, she is there.  Misty is Jeanna’s right hand in many areas including inventory and ensuring that the spa is sparkling and inviting.  Misty has worked many years in the hair and beauty industry and has finally found her home.

Dayna Lantz
Cosmetologist

The first time we met Dayna was when she worked at the Purple Onion in 2015.  Since then, Dayna has completed her cosmetology training and is certified in lash extensions, tinting and lifting.  Dayna had been working on her own, however she craved being part of a team and we were happy to bring her on.

Linda Colla
Licensed Massage Therapist

Meet Linda Colla… in her own words: “What a gem I discovered, right in the heart of Downtown Lakeland!  While attending a local fundraising event, my husband bid on and won a fabulous facial and massage for me at Bella Viságe.  Soon after enjoying these pampering treatments, I joined the Bella Team as a Licensed Massage Therapist.  I have been a massage therapist for 23 years!  It feels great to be included in this ‘family’ that serves clients so well and gives back to our community.”

Linda offers all forms of massage from relaxing Swedish massage to therapeutic Deep Tissue.  She also collaborates with our other massage therapist Winnie, to offer the Best Couples Massage in Lakeland!

Winnie Greer
Massage Establishment Manager

Winnie knew for many years that she wanted to be a massage therapist because she truly has a servant’s heart.  She loves to help people feel better.  Winnie used to work at Frescos, even after completing her massage therapy training because she didn’t quite know how to get started.  We can thank Tim and Tina Calhoun, owners of Frescos, for ‘pushing’ Winnie in our direction.  Winnie holds certifications in prenatal massage, cupping, and active isolated stretching.  She is most loved for her deep tissue massage!

Michelle Wilson
Director of Aesthetics

Michelle joined the Bella team 6 years ago as a receptionist while completing her Aesthetician training.  She is not only our Lead Aesthetician but also serves as our Director of Aesthetics. “It’s the best feeling to come into work everyday knowing that I love what I do and who I work for. Sorry Mark & Jeanna… you’re stuck with me (Michelle)!” Before being an Aesthetician, Michelle worked at a series of different chain restaurants while she was in highschool and taking college classes. The last one was Chick-fil-A, where she learned her extraordinary customer service skills and why she still unconsciously responds “my pleasure” to anyone who thanks her. She attended Ridge Technical Academy in Winter Haven and has held a Facial Specialist License for over 5 years.

Michelle is also trained in Microblading/Microshading and has held a Tattoo Artist License for over 4 years. She chose to be an Aesthetician because she was very interested in doing make-up professionally for weddings, proms, etc. As she was in school, she became more interested in skin/skincare and grew to love making people feel beautiful in their skin. It can be a very rewarding profession once you see those amazing before and afters! Michelle continued her love for make-up by becoming skilled in microblading/microshading and adopting that as her signature craft.

How did our lovely Michelle even find us?? Michelle was in school to be an Aesthetician, leaving her resume at multiple spas/salons that she would come across. One day she was getting her hair done next door at Liquid Hair Studio, her stylist was telling her about Bella Viságe and how it would be a lovely place to get her foot in the door. She took her stylists advice and after her appointment she went to grab the one resume she had in her car, walked in, introduced herself to the woman at the desk, and left her information. She received a call the next day from Jeanna for an interview and the rest is history!

Fun fact! Michelle gave birth to her first born in January and she has just come back from maternity leave. His name is Michael Aaron Wilson Jr. and she is loving being his momma and entering this new chapter of her life.

Client Care Coordinator

Bethany worked many years in the food and bar industry and felt like she needed something more.  She joined the Bella team this year and serves as Jeanna’s hard working assistant.  You can meet her during your visits with Jeanna and see why she’s so fit, because she runs around setting up lasers, gathering supplies and preparing clients for procedures.  Bethany has completed her training as a licensed cosmetologist and is excited to grow with our team.

Raechel Kilburn
Director of Spa Operations

Raechel started coming to our spa when we first opened in January 2016.  She very quickly came to love all of the staff and the work we were doing, thus she became our Director of Spa Operations. Raechel is a wife and mother. Raechel manages the day to day operations of the spa, coordinates events and marketing strategies, and helps our staff reach their full potential.

As the co-owner of Bella, Marks first job is to listen to the other co-owner. If that is accomplished he then listens to the other 9 beautiful voices of the staff.

As the only male on staff, he is allowed to lock his office door whenever he wants. He takes great pride in the rapid growth of Bella as well as the professional growth of the Bella team.
