Craniosacral Massage

A gentle, hands-on approach that releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance. This massage addresses the bones of the head, spinal column and sacrum. The goal is to release compression in those areas, which alleviates stress and pain.

Deep Tissue Massage

A focus centered approach intended to reform the connective tissues and muscle layers of the body. This massage applies slower, less rhythmic strokes than most other types of massages, which allow for a deeper and more concentrated pressure. This provides the ability to relieve chronic pain and tension from stiffness, ‘trouble spots,’ and injuries.

Reflexology Massage

A circulatory approach designed to target the reflexes of the hands and feet that generate improvement in organs, glands, and an overall sense of well being within the body. This massage is known to remedy stress, back pain, PMS/menopause symptoms, headaches and migraines, digestive problems, and chronic health conditions.

Prenatal Massage

A relaxing approach for pregnant women going through changes in the body which cause stress, tension, and even headaches. Due to the discomfort of certain hormonal changes, the massage therapist uses tailored techniques to achieve many forms of muscle relief including back, leg, neck, shoulders, etc., and also to alleviate everyday pregnancy symptoms.

Swedish Massage

A classic approach that uses multiple stroke techniques such as Effleurage (long, smooth glide to relax muscles), Petrissage (rolling, squeezing, kneading), Tapotement (gentle pounding), Vibration (rhythmic shaking), and Friction (deep circular motion to increase blood flow). This massage is recommended for first time usage or non-specified treatment.

Sports Massage

A preventative and healing approach for muscles that have been overused, strained, and aggravated from repetitive use. This massage is meant for all forms of athleticism such as pro-athletes, weekend joggers, or a non-athlete who suffers from chronic pain and restricted range in motion.
