A refreshed, rested look from experts who truly care about your results. Lakeland’s highest-rated med spa is ready to map your perfect treatment plan.
For over 11 years, Bella Viságe has been the heart of aesthetic medicine in Downtown Lakeland — and it shows. We’re proud to be family-owned, which means every guest is treated like part of ours.
When you come in for neurotoxin, you’re not getting a quick jab and a “see you later.” You’re getting a licensed, highly trained injector who takes the time to map your unique facial movement and deliver results that look like you — just rested, bright, and refreshed. Not frozen. Not overdone. Just better.
Our signature approach is “refreshed, not overdone.” During your consult, we assess your unique muscle movement and symmetry, then customize your dose to match the results you want.
You’ll still be able to raise your eyebrows, smile, and make expressions. What disappears are the lines that made you look tired or stressed. Most clients hear the same thing from friends afterward: “You look so rested — did you go on vacation?”
"She was not gimmicky, and was transparent, and kind. This alone made me feel comfortable... I was stunned."

Neurotoxins (like Dysport® and Jeuveau®) are purified medications that relax targeted muscles. When a muscle repeatedly contracts, it creases the skin above it. Neurotoxins temporarily block the nerve signal that tells that muscle to contract, so the skin above it looks smoother. Results are temporary, which is why staying consistent every ~3 months keeps lines at bay.
Common areas include horizontal forehead lines, frown lines (the "11s"), and crow's feet. We also treat bunny lines, chin dimpling, downturned mouth corners, lip lines, a subtle "lip flip," jawline slimming/TMJ relief, and neck bands.
The injection itself is quick — often just 5–10 minutes. We schedule about 30 minutes total to assess your muscle movement, review pricing, answer questions, and take progress photos.
Many clients notice early softening within 24–48 hours. Full results show around 10–14 days. Most clients maintain results with touch-ups about every 3 months.
Only if that's the look you want — and most clients don't. Our signature is "refreshed, not overdone." You'll still be able to make expressions, just without the lines that were aging you.
Not at all — we call it "Brotox" around here! Men benefit too, often with a focus on jaw/TMJ relief and a strong, natural masculine look.
Neurotoxin is priced per unit, and your total depends on your facial movement and the areas treated. Right now, new clients can get 40 units for just $310 (reg. $520) thru 8/17.
Spots for the End-of-Summer Tox Blowout are limited and this pricing ends 8/17! Schedule your consult today and see why Bella Viságe is Lakeland’s highest-rated med spa.
Lisa Drollette is a licensed Aesthetician with 10 years of hands-on experience, and before that, spent 12 years working in Dermatology specializing in Skin Cancer. Safe to say — she takes your sunscreen seriously, and now so will you! That clinical background gave her a deep understanding of just how vital daily skincare truly is, and it shapes everything she does at Bella Viságe.
Lisa’s greatest passion is education. She believes that when clients understand how products actually work with their skin, the results speak for themselves. From building personalized treatment plans to being available to her clients day in and day out, she is committed to making sure every single person walks away with both glowing skin and the knowledge to maintain it. Because no two people’s skin is the same — and Lisa wouldn’t have it any other way.
Originally from Connecticut, Lisa made the move to Florida twenty years ago with her family. The difference in sun exposure between north and south? She sees it on skin every day — and it only fuels her mission to educate clients on sun protection. She and her husband have been married thirty-three years, are proud parents of three grown children, and Lisa spent her early years pouring herself into raising them — bringing
that same warmth and dedication to every client she sees today.
Meet Diana Charqueno – Lead of Guest Services
Diana brings warmth, intention, and a deep respect for the client journey to her role as Lead of Guest Services at Bella Viságe. After years in Internal Medicine and meaningful time at the Institute of Aesthetic Surgery, she discovered the transformative power of aesthetics—not as a way to change who you are, but to enhance what already exists. For Diana, aesthetics is a form of self-care that builds confidence and allows the outside to reflect how you feel within, when guided by education, honesty, and compassion.
As a leader, Diana believes in serving the team with kindness, discipline, and authenticity. Naturally soft-spoken and thoughtful, she creates a welcoming environment where every guest feels seen, heard, and respected. She intuitively adapts to each client’s needs—whether that means conversation, reassurance, or a calm, seamless experience from start to finish.
Outside of Bella, Diana finds joy in music, concerts, nature walks, time at the gym, beach days, and being with family. Guided by the belief to treat others as you would like to be treated, she leads with light and care—helping make Bella Viságe a place clients are always happy to return to.
For Gina, aesthetics is all about self-care and confidence. Her journey began with a love for helping others feel comfortable in their own skin—a value that guides everything she does at Bella Viságe. Known for her warm, genuine, and intentional approach, Gina creates an experience that goes beyond skincare. Every treatment is personal, every detail thoughtful.
Her favorite service to perform is the Glo2Facial, loved for its instant radiance and “fresh, bright, lifted” glow. Her go-to skincare essential? Alto Advanced Defense and Repair by SkinBetter Science, which keeps her skin healthy, even-toned, and vibrant.
Outside of Bella, Gina recharges with the people she loves—relaxing at home with her boyfriend, enjoying outdoor walks, exploring local spots, and spoiling her puppy. She believes that true transformation happens when care meets connection. Her best skincare advice? Wear your sunscreen—every day, everywhere! And her goal for the year is simple but powerful: to keep refining the Bella client experience so that every visit feels restorative, educational, and results-driven.
Ataliya believes great skin care is more than a treatment — it’s therapy for the body, mind, and spirit. As one of Bella Viságe’s talented aestheticians, she brings a soothing, intuitive touch to every service, making her treatment room feel like a true escape.
Her favorite service to perform? The Bella Viságe Dermaplane Facial — a client favorite that leaves skin visibly radiant and confidence shining from within. Watching clients light up after seeing that “night and day” difference is what fuels her passion for aesthetics.
A self-care advocate through and through, Ataliya swears by Interfuse Lines by Skinbetter Science — her go-to for deep hydration and age-defying smoothness. “If you’re not using a hyaluronic acid,” she says with a smile, “you’re missing out on your skin’s happy place.”
When she’s not helping clients glow, you’ll find Ataliya staying active through dance — her favorite way to recharge — or spending time with family, the source of her grounding energy. Her goal for this year? To travel more, explore new cultures, and bring that inspiration back to her treatment room, where every facial feels like a journey toward renewal.
At Bella Viságe, we believe excellence isn’t something you say — it’s something you live. And Inga lives it every day.
A certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) since 2014, Inga brings a rare blend of skill, heart, and sparkle to our team. Though she’s quick to downplay her shine, her dedication to mastery, client education, and holistic wellness is undeniable. Her background spans aesthetics, wellness, hormone therapy, and lifestyle medicine, making her approach to rejuvenation truly comprehensive.
Inga’s journey into aesthetic medicine began in Tampa, where she fell in love with the transformative power of aesthetic artistry. In 2024, we were fortunate enough to welcome her to Bella Viságe, where she quickly became a constant source of five-star reviews, client trust, and team inspiration.
Her favorite tools — Tox, hyaluronic acid fillers, and the Helix CO₂ laser — allow her to craft subtle, sophisticated results that restore both confidence and vitality. To Inga, it’s not just about looking better — it’s about feeling better, inside and out.
When she’s not lighting up the spa, you’ll find Inga living life to the fullest: putting family first, championing fitness and wellbeing, traveling, and soaking in the beauty of the great outdoors.
Smiles and sparkles are her signature — and Bella Viságe shines a little brighter because of her.

“With so many choices of where to go… why choose Bella Viságe?”
The answer lies in our why, our heart, and the woman who started it all.
Eleven years ago, Bella Viságe began as a small spa in Downtown Lakeland—but what grew from it was so much more. It became a sacred space for transformation. For healing. For becoming. And it all started with Jeanna Parker, a woman who didn’t just build a business—she rebuilt herself.
After pouring into her career, her family, and her community, Jeanna realized what so many women feel but rarely say out loud: You can’t pour from an empty cup. So she began the work—investing in her own health, confidence, and purpose. She lost 90 pounds, rediscovered her joy, deepened her faith, and reimagined what life could look like when you stop surviving and start thriving.
Now, as a Nurse Practitioner and serial entrepreneur, Jeanna leads a team of compassionate, skilled professionals who believe what she believes: When a woman invests in herself, she becomes unstoppable.
At Bella Viságe, you’ll find more than aesthetic treatments—you’ll find a transformation plan designed just for you. We take time to know your story, your goals, your fears, and your dreams. From your first consultation, we walk with you—emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Because real change doesn’t happen in a rush. It happens with intention, care, and love.
Whether you’re coming in for skin rejuvenation, wellness support, injectables, or simply a safe space to reclaim your spark—Bella Viságe is your home. Your team. Your launchpad to becoming everything you were meant to be.
From Jeanna
“You are worth more than a random provider and a rushed appointment. You deserve a place that sees you, hears you, and walks with you every step of the way. At Bella, that’s what we do—and I can’t wait to walk this journey with you.”

Meet Irina Hernandez – The Heart of Bella Viságe
If you’ve visited Bella Viságe lately, you’ve likely felt the calm confidence, bright spirit, and quiet excellence that radiates from our Spa Director, Irina Hernandez.
She’s the one making sure every guest feels seen and every detail runs seamlessly. Whether she’s welcoming you at the front desk, guiding our team through a packed schedule, or answering a late-night client text with grace—Irina leads with strength, sincerity, and sparkle.
But her story didn’t start in the director’s chair.
Back in 2019, Irina first walked into Bella as a high school student—just a teenager booking a laser hair removal appointment. Driven, articulate, and wise beyond her years, she casually mentioned her dream of becoming a plastic surgeon. We saw something rare even then: poise, clarity, and a warmth rooted in deep family values.
At the time, we were searching for a bilingual front desk coordinator. One conversation with Irina, and we knew: this is the one. When we offered her the position, she accepted on the spot—and so began one of Bella Viságe’s most inspiring journeys.
What started as an entry-level role quickly evolved. Irina’s natural leadership, unmatched work ethic, and grace under pressure propelled her forward. She traded her original medical school plans for a calling that was already unfolding—one built on service, care, and human connection.
Today, Irina is not just our Spa Director—she’s the culture carrier, the systems builder, the one who remembers your story, your skincare goals, and your favorite coffee order. Her impact is everywhere: in the joy of our clients, the unity of our staff, and the pulse of our daily operations.
And when she’s off-duty? She’s raising fainting goats, sipping on Starbucks, and accessorizing everything in shades of pink. Her personality is as memorable as her leadership—and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
Irina, we’re endlessly proud of the woman you are and the leader you’ve become. Your story inspires us—and we’re just getting started.
Every great team has a mascot, and at Bella Viságe, ours just happens to have four paws and the sweetest soul. Meet Cooper, our beloved rescue pup who joined the Bella family through the Polk County Bully Project. From the moment he arrived, Cooper stole our hearts—and quickly became a superstar both in the spa and in the Lakeland community.
While Jeanna is busy with consultations, Cooper can be found snoozing peacefully in his crate, offering a calming presence that our clients adore. His gentle spirit and easygoing charm remind us daily of the beauty of second chances. Beyond Bella’s walls, Cooper is a bit of a local celebrity thanks to his Polk County Bully Project family, where his story continues to inspire rescue and adoption advocacy.
Here at Bella, we believe transformation takes many forms—and Cooper is living proof. From rescue pup to cherished team member, he embodies the love, loyalty, and community spirit that make Bella Viságe so special.
Visit Polk County Bully Project to learn more about sweet pups like Cooper and how you can support this wonderful organization.
Don’t let her youthful energy fool you—Becca Tyler is an old soul with a fierce work ethic and a heart for transformation. With over six years of experience as a licensed medical aesthetician, Becca has earned her title as Bella Viságe’s Lead Laser Specialist through skill, dedication, and an undeniable sparkle that lights up the room (and the laser suite).
Becca’s specialty lies in laser treatments, and her absolute favorite? IPL—because nothing beats seeing years of sun damage vanish while restoring skin clarity and confidence. Her go-to skincare line is SkinBetter Science, and she’s as passionate about the science of skin as she is about the art of personal transformation. Whether she’s performing laser hair removal, guiding a client through their first laser series, or crafting a full rejuvenation plan, Becca’s mission is simple: help every client feel powerful in their own skin.
When she’s not helping clients achieve their skin goals at Bella, Becca’s life revs into a different gear—literally. A Harley Davidson enthusiast through and through, she owns one herself and even teaches others how to safely handle these fast and powerful machines. It runs in the family—both of Becca’s parents are riders, and the open road has always felt like home.
Becca also leads Bella’s community outreach program, forging relationships with local tattoo and microblading artists to spread awareness about our advanced tattoo and cosmetic ink removal services. She’s helping clients remove the past to make room for a fresh canvas, both physically and emotionally.
Oh—and did we mention she loves rock concerts, tattoos, church, and sketching in her free time? Becca is the definition of authenticity, blending grit and grace in everything she does. She doesn’t just work at Bella Viságe—she helps shape what makes it extraordinary.
Angel Lofgren’s journey with Bella Viságe began long before she joined the team — it started as a client. After experiencing Bella Viságe firsthand, Angel shared her genuine experience through a single reel. That moment of authenticity sparked a connection that felt aligned, natural, and meant to be. What began as content rooted in truth quickly turned into an opportunity to help tell the Bella Viságe story on a deeper level.
As the Social Media Director, Angel leads brand storytelling, social media strategy, and digital growth with a focus on connection over perfection. She believes the most powerful marketing comes from real experiences, real people, and real results — and that philosophy is reflected in every piece of content she creates.
Outside the spa, Angel is a devoted wife and mom who understands the importance of balance, intention, and showing up fully in every role. Her personal health journey and dedication to running 5Ks and 10Ks have shaped her disciplined, long-term approach to growth — both personally and professionally.
Angel is deeply passionate about supporting local businesses and strengthening community ties, which aligns seamlessly with Bella Viságe’s heart and mission. Her vision is to continue elevating the brand through thoughtful strategy, meaningful storytelling, and a commitment to making every client feel seen, heard, and confident.

Fun Fact: “I am married to my best friend, and we love to travel, try new things to eat, and photography (Michaela)!!”
Our beautiful and fun loving Aesthetician, Amberlyn, knew as soon as she walked through Bella’s doors, that this is the place she wanted to hang her hat. Ashleigh’s passion for aesthetics was born from personal experience. After struggling with cystic acne for years, she developed a deep empathy for anyone facing skin challenges. That journey shaped her purpose—to help others feel confident, informed, and empowered in their own skin. Every client who steps into her treatment room feels her heart for transformation and her dedication to results.
She’s known for her calming presence, compassionate approach, and attention to detail. Her clients describe her room as a judgment-free space where they can relax, open up, and truly feel cared for. Ashleigh loves performing results-driven treatments like the Glo2Facial, which delivers both instant glow and long-term improvement. Her must-haves? Mikayla is a recent graduate of Florida Technical College. Mikayla was also inspired to go into esthetics from being a client of ours. She liked her first ever facial with us that she decided to pursue skincare for a living. She will be assisting Jeanna and helping at the front desk while she hones her skills in the esthetics room.
Megan is a recent graduate of the Artistic Nail and Beauty Academy here in Lakeland. She joined the Bella team as a receptionist. She has traveled the world as a military brat. Megan was Jeanna’s neighbor years ago. She has always loved all things skincare. She and her parents came to Lakeland for vacation in 2015 while her dad was on leave. We brought them to the spa to see what we were going to be doing. That visit is what inspired Megan to become an aesthetician. We kinda had to hire her. Megan is a proud mother to Harrison.
We found Dawn at The Purple Onion in downtown. She was serving during the day and going to esthetics school at night. She had an amazing attitude and is detail oriented. She is currently assisting at the front desk and handling back office details with Mark. Dawn is also perfecting her technique in the esthetics room under the tutelage of Michelle and will soon be building her book of clients.
Chelsey just recently joined the Bella team and will be our Office Coordinator. Chelsey is a Lakeland resident and likes to fish. She also has been with Fish City Grill for over 10 years.

Meredith joined our team as receptionist last year after graduating with her bachelor’s degree in English. She wanted to take a break from school before continuing her education. She maintains back office organization, assists our clients with their rewards reimbursements and keeping all of our client photos organized. Her favorite pastime is enjoying a cup of brew at Hillcrest Coffee with her friends.
Misty is one of the cheerful voices that greets our clients when they arrive or call for an appointment. If you need a cup of coffee or a friendly ear, she is there. Misty is Jeanna’s right hand in many areas including inventory and ensuring that the spa is sparkling and inviting. Misty has worked many years in the hair and beauty industry and has finally found her home.
The first time we met Dayna was when she worked at the Purple Onion in 2015. Since then, Dayna has completed her cosmetology training and is certified in lash extensions, tinting and lifting. Dayna had been working on her own, however she craved being part of a team and we were happy to bring her on.
Meet Linda Colla… in her own words: “What a gem I discovered, right in the heart of Downtown Lakeland! While attending a local fundraising event, my husband bid on and won a fabulous facial and massage for me at Bella Viságe. Soon after enjoying these pampering treatments, I joined the Bella Team as a Licensed Massage Therapist. I have been a massage therapist for 23 years! It feels great to be included in this ‘family’ that serves clients so well and gives back to our community.”
Linda offers all forms of massage from relaxing Swedish massage to therapeutic Deep Tissue. She also collaborates with our other massage therapist Winnie, to offer the Best Couples Massage in Lakeland!
Winnie knew for many years that she wanted to be a massage therapist because she truly has a servant’s heart. She loves to help people feel better. Winnie used to work at Frescos, even after completing her massage therapy training because she didn’t quite know how to get started. We can thank Tim and Tina Calhoun, owners of Frescos, for ‘pushing’ Winnie in our direction. Winnie holds certifications in prenatal massage, cupping, and active isolated stretching. She is most loved for her deep tissue massage!
Michelle joined the Bella team 6 years ago as a receptionist while completing her Aesthetician training. She is not only our Lead Aesthetician but also serves as our Director of Aesthetics. “It’s the best feeling to come into work everyday knowing that I love what I do and who I work for. Sorry Mark & Jeanna… you’re stuck with me (Michelle)!” Before being an Aesthetician, Michelle worked at a series of different chain restaurants while she was in highschool and taking college classes. The last one was Chick-fil-A, where she learned her extraordinary customer service skills and why she still unconsciously responds “my pleasure” to anyone who thanks her. She attended Ridge Technical Academy in Winter Haven and has held a Facial Specialist License for over 5 years.
Michelle is also trained in Microblading/Microshading and has held a Tattoo Artist License for over 4 years. She chose to be an Aesthetician because she was very interested in doing make-up professionally for weddings, proms, etc. As she was in school, she became more interested in skin/skincare and grew to love making people feel beautiful in their skin. It can be a very rewarding profession once you see those amazing before and afters! Michelle continued her love for make-up by becoming skilled in microblading/microshading and adopting that as her signature craft.
How did our lovely Michelle even find us?? Michelle was in school to be an Aesthetician, leaving her resume at multiple spas/salons that she would come across. One day she was getting her hair done next door at Liquid Hair Studio, her stylist was telling her about Bella Viságe and how it would be a lovely place to get her foot in the door. She took her stylists advice and after her appointment she went to grab the one resume she had in her car, walked in, introduced herself to the woman at the desk, and left her information. She received a call the next day from Jeanna for an interview and the rest is history!
Fun fact! Michelle gave birth to her first born in January and she has just come back from maternity leave. His name is Michael Aaron Wilson Jr. and she is loving being his momma and entering this new chapter of her life.
Bethany worked many years in the food and bar industry and felt like she needed something more. She joined the Bella team this year and serves as Jeanna’s hard working assistant. You can meet her during your visits with Jeanna and see why she’s so fit, because she runs around setting up lasers, gathering supplies and preparing clients for procedures. Bethany has completed her training as a licensed cosmetologist and is excited to grow with our team.
Raechel started coming to our spa when we first opened in January 2016. She very quickly came to love all of the staff and the work we were doing, thus she became our Director of Spa Operations. Raechel is a wife and mother. Raechel manages the day to day operations of the spa, coordinates events and marketing strategies, and helps our staff reach their full potential.
As the co-owner of Bella, Marks first job is to listen to the other co-owner. If that is accomplished he then listens to the other 9 beautiful voices of the staff.
As the only male on staff, he is allowed to lock his office door whenever he wants. He takes great pride in the rapid growth of Bella as well as the professional growth of the Bella team.
