What is a neurotoxin and how does it work?
Neurotoxins (like Dysport® and Jeuveau®) are purified medications that relax targeted muscles. When a muscle repeatedly contracts, it creases the skin above it. Neurotoxins temporarily block the nerve signal that tells that muscle to contract, so the skin above it looks smoother. Results are temporary, which is why staying consistent every ~3 months keeps lines at bay.
What areas can be treated?
Common areas include horizontal forehead lines, frown lines (the "11s"), and crow's feet. We also treat bunny lines, chin dimpling, downturned mouth corners, lip lines, a subtle "lip flip," jawline slimming/TMJ relief, and neck bands.
How long does the appointment take?
The injection itself is quick — often just 5–10 minutes. We schedule about 30 minutes total to assess your muscle movement, review pricing, answer questions, and take progress photos.
When will I see results, and how long do they last?
Many clients notice early softening within 24–48 hours. Full results show around 10–14 days. Most clients maintain results with touch-ups about every 3 months.
Will my face look frozen or unnatural?
